Robert Pineiro,”Roofer Bob”, is in charge of field operations and equipment. He oversees the day to day operations of the work crews and job set-up. He brings 43 years of experience to our company, in both residential and commercial roofing. Robert and Sharon have worked together since 1988, and together form an experienced and reliable team.
President
S.E. Spicer is a Florida-based corporation,bonded through Contractor's Reporting Service. We are active members of thePinellas County Contractors Association. Sharon Spicer is former President of the Association. Our company officers and managers have a “hands on” supervisory capacity on every job site to insure correct installation of roofing and proper safety measures. Together we manage work crews of 8-15 men and one gutter and sheet metal division. Spicer Roofing holds a City of St. Petersburg Small Business Enterprise Certification and is a member of the Pinellas Park Chamber of Commerce.
Sharon E. Spicer, President, has 24 years of roofing experience as an Owner/Operator in the Florida West Coast area. She has experience with residential, commercial and high-rise roofing installation. Sharon has worked as a hands-on professional in all aspects of the roofing industry, including labor and administration. She earned her contractor license and founded Roofing by S.E, Spicer, Inc. in 1997 for which she continues to serve as qualifier and president. Sharon was president of The Pinellas County Roofing Association for a year and has been on the Board of Directors for 10 years. She is also a past president of the Pinellas County Contractors Association and remains active in the organization.
